About the Site

Colours of the socks
We photograph all our socks with the intention of getting a picture as representative to the original socks as possible, but since computer screens and screen settings vary, we cannot guarantee that the socks you see on the screen will look exactly the same in real life. However, the difference is usually hardly noticeable.

Supported web browsers
Our site works with most web browsers. Should you discover any problems, we recommend that you try Firefox.

Security
All transactions are handled by Samport. Your credit card number is sent by an encrypted connection to your bank. Samport secure server software (SSL) is an industry standard and one of the best software available for secure digital payments.

If your card is connected to UCAF / 3-D Secure, it will automatically be processed by Samport’s UC3-D server.

Privacy
In order to be able to deliver your socks, you need to submit some personal data. We promise not to send this data to a third party – we do, however, need to give your address to our distributor, UPS, so that they can deliver the socks.

Socks and cookies
In order for you to be able to purchase socks, your web browser has to allow cookies. These cookies are small text files which are saved on your hard drive temporarily to enable the technical backbone of our site to work (among other things, they make sure the contents of your shopping cart doesn’t disappear when you browse the site). Our cookies are not used to gather personal data about you.
