Happy Socks complaints policy
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or mispackaged socks, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. Either by offering new socks or a refund, depending on your wish.
How we handle complaints about or socks
To file a complaint, you have to contact us. State your order number, which socks you wish to return and the reason why. Then please wait for instructions. If you do not contact us before sending the socks, you might not receive your refund or exchange.
You take responsibility for any items lost during shipping when sending us the socks
