Are there different models of socks for men and women?
No. We want everyone to be able to wear the socks they like, therefore all models are unisex.


What are the shipping charges for your socks?
Shipping is free if you order four or more pairs of socks. If you order less than four pairs, a total shipping charge of 3 EUR / 4 USD / 30 SEK / 30 NOK will be added to your order.


Can I return or exchange the socks that I have ordered?
Of course! Within 14 days of receiving the socks, you may return them for a full refund or exchange them for another pair, as long as they are unused, with labels and packaging intact. Here you can read more about returns and exchanges.


Are all socks on the website in stock?
All socks that are displayed, and available for purchase on the website are in stock.


What is the delivery times for your socks?
We do our best to get your socks to you as quickly as possible:

Nordic Countries: 2-5 days
Europe: 2-7 days.
US/Canada: 5-12 days.
Others: 5-15 days.

In the e-mail with your order confirmation you’ll also find your order number, which enables you to track your delivery through Happy Socks. Happy Socks is using UPS and Swiss Post for all our deliveries.


How do I pay for the socks?
You can pay either with credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express) or PayPal. Read more about payment here: Order and payment.


What is the quality of your socks? How should I wash the them?

What happens if I get damaged or mispackaged socks?
Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or mispackaged socks, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. Either by offering new socks or a refund, depending on your wish. Read more about how we handle complaints.
