Happy Socks Payment Options
There are several payment options available on our site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, as well as various local debit cards and invoicing options. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.

The prices you see specified next to our Happy Socks are stated in the available currency of your market. They exclude eventual shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout.
Our socks are distributed from our warehouse in Roosendaal, The Netherlands.
Happy Socks is not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.

In the e-mail with your order confirmation you will also find your order number, save this for quick customer service if you should have any problems with your order.
Happy Socks Shipping Charges
Shipping is free when you order four or more products. If you order less than that, a total shipping charge of £ 2 will be added to your order. Orders to countries outside EU, may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be, you have to contact your local customs office for more information.

About The Site
The Colours of the Socks
We photograph all our socks with the intention of getting a picture as representative to the original socks as possible. Sometimes computer screens and screen settings vary, so we cannot guarantee that the socks on your screen will look identical to the socks in your hand. However, the difference is usually barely noticeable and the socks still look great.

In order for you to be able to purchase our Happy Socks, your web browser must allow cookies. Returns And Exchanges
Happy Socks Returns and Exchange Policy
You have the right to exchange or return socks (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The socks have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return or exchange socks, you must cover shipping charges. As soon as we receive them, we will exchange your socks or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
We do not take responsibility for any socks lost during the return shipping.
How to Return or Exchange Happy Socks
Contact Us and state your order number, which socks you wish to return and the reason for the return (it helps us to make our socks better). Then we will contact you with the proper instructions.
If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.

Should you receive a delivery containing damaged or wrongly packaged socks, we will cover all shipping charges and do everything we can to rectify our mistake. You will be provided with new socks or a refund, depending on your wish. Remember to use a scissor when opening the socks.

Are there different models for men, women and kids?
Almost all of our socks are unisex. However, we have a selection of tights, ankle socks, and over the knee socks for women. We also have a separate line of socks for kids.

Can I return or exchange the socks that I have ordered?

All of our current collection socks are displayed on the website. If a pair is out of stock, this will be stated on the product’s page.

We do our very best to ensure that you receive your socks as fast as possible. Delivery times can be longer during final sales or before Christmas (December)

What is the quality of your socks? How should I wash them?
We work hard to ensure that our socks are of the highest quality possible. However, every sock does have a life cycle and does not uphold forever. Remember to use a scissor when removing the label.

When putting on your brand new pair of Happy Socks, please take time to cut the thread on the label instead of ripping it off, as this will damage the socks.
