Naim Josefi (SWE)
Through well-shaped couture Naim Josefi builds an inviting and different world. His design blends elegance with playfulness and optimism in an innovative way. After working as a tailor at bespoke studios, in theater and as a couture designer for other Swedish designers he started studying at Beckmans School of Design. While studying he started getting international attention for his work. British Design Museum nominated himfor the “Designer of the year” award alongside Lanvin, Jil Sander and Comme Des Garçons and his innovative 3D printed shoes were chosen by Victoria and Albert Museum to be featured in their exhibition showcasing up-and-coming designers that they recommend.
In 2016 Naim is releasing his first ready-to-wear collection.
Throughout the years, Happy Socks expanded its reach to over 70 countries. While all collections are still designed in Stockholm, Sweden, the Happy Socks team came up with a new concept called Local Hero.
Collaborations are a vital part of Happy Socks' DNA and have contributed in the brand remaining relevant since it initiated the socks market in 2008.
