Once your order has shipped from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Deutsche Post:

Click here and enter the tracking number. Once you press the "Track" button, you will get the status of your parcel. You can also track the parcel on the website of your local postal service by clicking the link in the tracking events (it will show once your package has been registered by your local postal service).

If your parcel is small it should be delivered directly to your mailbox, otherwise it will be delivered to a local postal service pickup point and you will then be informed of how to pick it up. Should you have questions regarding your delivery, please contact your local postal office.

DHL (within the EU):

You can track your order here. Another way to track your order is through the email/sms that you'll receive from DHL after your parcel has left the warehouse. DHL can either deliver directly to your home (excluding Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden) or to a DHL service point (excluding Ireland and Italy).

Orders shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and fees, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

Your shipping address determines which website you need to order from. Example: If your shipping destination is in Germany you need to place your order on our German website.

To make sure that you are on the correct website, please choose your flag/shipping country in the country selector in the main menu.

For all countries within the European Union, the VAT is included in the price.

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and fees, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Please contact your local customs office to get an understanding of what the charges will be.

For countries outside of the European Union:

If you refuse a high value package, the package will be returned to us. We will then charge you 55 CHF / 50 GBP / 65000 KRW / 500 NOK / 50 USD in shipping/handling, return, and administrative fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

Remember that this is an estimation and that the shipping time starts once your order is shipped. It is also worth checking if there are any local delays in your area - you can find these here.

If the shipping address in your order confirmation is correct and the estimated delivery time has passed, please allow 5 more business days to deliver your parcel - sometimes things take a bit longer than expected.

Should more than 5 business days pass after your estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, let us know here and we’ll help you out.

Please make sure your order has been placed through the official Happy Socks website at www.happysocks.com before contacting us. There are other websites that may appear to be affiliated with Happy Socks but are not connected to our company. Our order and shipping confirmation emails are always sent from news@emails.happysocks.com. If your confirmation email came from a different address, it’s likely that the order was not placed with us.

For countries outside of the European Union:
