Note that all items must be returned in original condition with all labels intact. Please make sure to read our full Return Policy before returning your items.

Step 1

Print and fill out this Returns Form and include it in your return package. No access to a printer? Please write the information required in the returns form on a piece of paper instead. Don't forget to note down your order number!

Due to the importance of hygienic handling of masks, we do not accept returns of our face covers.

Once your parcel is all packed up and sealed, send it to this address:

Sit back, relax and wait for us to get in touch. We will process your return within 21 business days and you will then receive an email saying you can expect your refund within 1-3 bank days.

Looking to exchange?

We only accept return for refund. If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please place a new order to secure stock.
