How can I track my parcel?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Deutsche Post: Click here and enter the tracking number. Once you press Find my shipment, you will get the status of your parcel. If you need more detailed information, such as the exact location of your parcel, or the address and opening times of your local post office, you can go to your local postal service website by clicking on Tracking website of the country of destination.

If your parcel is small it should be delivered directly to your mailbox, otherwise it will be delivered to a local postal service pickup point and you will then be informed of how to pick it up. Should you have questions regarding your delivery, please contact your local postal office.

DPD: You can track your order here. Click on the menu (the 3 horizontal lines on the top-right corner) and scroll down to your local delivery expert. You will be redirected to the DPD website of your country. Another way to track your order is through the email that you'll receive from DPD after your parcel has left the warehouse. In that email you will get further information and the option to change destination or day of delivery. If needed, you can name a safe location where DPD can leave your parcel.

In case you were not at home for the DPD delivery, the driver will leave a delivery card with instructions for what you need to do to get your parcel. Should you have questions regarding your delivery, please contact your local DPD office via the DPD website of your country.

DPD is currently unavailable in Malta and Cyprus.
