Once your order has shipped from our warehouse you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Deutsche Post:

Click here and enter the tracking number. Once you press the "Track" button, you will get the status of your parcel. You can also track the parcel on the website of your local postal service by clicking the link in the tracking events (it will show once your package has been registered by your local postal service).

If your parcel is small it should be delivered directly to your mailbox, otherwise it will be delivered to a local postal service pickup point and you will then be informed of how to pick it up. Should you have questions regarding your delivery, please contact your local postal office.

DHL (within the EU):

You can track your order here. Another way to track your order is through the email/sms that you'll receive from DHL after your parcel has left the warehouse. DHL can either deliver directly to your home (excluding Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden) or to a DHL service point (excluding Ireland and Italy).
