The following instructions are valid for orders placed on our Austria, Germany or Netherlands websites from 17 November 2025 until further notice. If you have placed your order before this date or to another country, please see the correct instructions here.
For orders placed between the 30th of October and the 25th of December 2025, we have extended the returns window until the 31st of January 2026.
Note that all items must be returned in original condition with all labels intact, otherwise we will not issue a refund for them. Please make sure to read our full Return Policy before returning your items.
Step 1
To start the returns process you go to https://return.happysocks.returns.cloud and log in by entering your order number and the email address you used to place the order. Once you are logged in you will see each item in your order, so all you have to do is to tick each item you want to return and choose a return reason from the drop-down menu.
Step 2
The next step is to choose where you want to drop off your package. You can see all the available locations on the map, and it also shows you if you need to print the label or not. So if you don't have access to a printer you can choose a location where they accept a digital label.
Step 3
The last step is to finalise the label, and once you are done you will get a confirmation via email and the label is included there, so make sure you don't delete the email. In case you can't find the email, please make sure to check your spam folder in case it has ended up in there.
Step 4
Once your parcel is all packed up and sealed, drop it off at your chosen location and it will be sent to our return center.
Step 5
Sit back, relax and wait for us to get in touch. We will process your return within 21 business days and you will then receive an email saying you can expect your refund within 1-3 bank days.
Looking to exchange?
We only accept return for refund. If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please place a new order to secure stock.

You have 30 days (from delivery date) to return products bought from the Happy Socks website.
Items bought from our online store can not be returned in a retail or concept store.
All items have to be unused with labels intact. If we can see that the returned items don't meet these conditions we will not issue a refund for those items.
From 17 November 2025 until further notice we offer free returns on all orders placed on our Austrian, Dutch and German websites. Your return will be processed within 21 business days from the day your parcel was delivered back to our return center. You will then receive an email saying you can expect your refund within 1-3 bank days. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
Any refund made by us will be processed back to the payment method used when placing your order.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
